      Individual Therapy

Whether you’re coping with a particular problem or feeling stuck in long-term patterns, individual therapy can help you navigate to a better place in your life. Connect with a therapist who will work with you to identify your challenges, nurture growth, and experience the full range of human emotion.

      How it works:
Starting with our initial intake, we are dedicated to finding the best fit for your needs. Our therapists offer a complimentary consultation to hear about you and your unique needs to make the best clinical recommendation.

You’ll meet with your therapist on a schedule that works for you. Together, you’ll design a care plan, and your therapist will track and measure your progress to ensure that you can meet your goals.

      How long do sessions last?

      Sessions typically last 53 minutes.

How long will I need therapy?

The short answer: It is up to you. Following your intake assessment, your clinician will work with you to decide how often and how long treatment may be. The decision is yours and we respect your goals and timeline.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept credit cards along with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). All payments are required at the time of service.

      What insurance do you accept?

We are in network with United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield State Health Plan, other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (with the exception of Blue Local, Blue Home, and Blue Value Plans).

What if you are not in network with my insurance?

If we are “out-of-network” with your insurance provider, your payment will be at the “private-pay” cost. We will gladly provide you with a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Note: Your insurance company may or may not defray the cost of counseling. Feel free to call your insurance to inquire about out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.
